Acceptable Use Policy
This policy outlines the rules of conduct and boundaries when accessing and using our AI systems, APIs, and models.
QORUGLOBAL LTD
Core Principles
qoru builds open science tools, multilingual translation neural networks, and computer vision models. Our mission is to expand computing accessibility across diverse linguistic communities. We require all developers, researchers, and enterprises utilizing our tools to engage in a safe, constructive, and lawful manner.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of our Services. Your access may be immediately terminated or suspended if we detect usage patterns that violate this policy.
1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Platform or models:
- Lethal & Military Applications: To develop systems for weapons guidance, autonomous drones, or active military combat roles.
- Fraud & Financial Abuse: To create scam systems, facilitate phishing, or generate synthetic credentials.
- Linguistic Impersonation & Disinformation: To synthetically spoof speech, fabricate public records, or inject misinformation under the guise of verified news.
- Exploits & Malware: To write or optimize malicious software, command-and-control server instructions, or network vulnerabilities.
2. Safety Requirements
If you are deploying applications powered by our models to third-party end users, you must:
- Provide clear notice to users that they are interacting with an AI system.
- Implement content filters to sanitize harmful inputs before sending prompts to our APIs.
- Prohibit the use of our services to generate outputs that target minors or encourage self-harm.
3. Reporting Violations
If you discover that our translation engines, API interfaces, or models are being utilized for abuse, or if you detect model jailbreaks/vulnerabilities, please submit a report to:
Email: abuse@qoru.org
4. Monitoring & Suspension
We monitor incoming API traffic programmatically. We do not inspect payloads manually unless triggered by automated anomaly alerts. If a key generates violations:
- First-time minor offenses will trigger an email notification requesting mitigation.
- Critical violations (e.g., malware generation, hosting csam) will trigger an immediate permanent API suspension without notice.
